Is EFI supported on AMD based systems? If not, then this would be a problem, as Mac OS X currently requires it.

Nice theory there, but out here in California, Pacific Standard Time, that wouldn't make a bit of sense as the time for the posting of the keynote.

Doubt it. WWDC people can pay to get a seat - it's how it works. This event is a media only invite thing. I suspect that the guys at MacRumors aren't high on Apple's invite list. :-)

thanks to the OP and the ppl who are giving suggestions, I beleve that something will happen, the police will catch them. if not for the OP loosing their 360, everything these brats stole would never return to the original owners. All it needs is time and a bit of luck, like the connecting to the OP's network, how silly of them to access something from the scene of the crime! ;)

Thats a loaded demand since you already agreed with my later statement that they need to learn how to vet online sources like they do print sources. I can list off any number of magazines or whatnot that would do such things if given the chance, though. It isn't like gizmodo invented pranking, guys.

If that child has an iPhone and the said pedophile knows the file that contains the iPhone locations; what the pedo essentially has is the child's daily or weekly routine of where they are.
I buy it. Slim chance, but certainly possible and certainly doable.
