what da heck happened to .Mac exclusive widgets?
these are things I want for .Mac (and I have been a user for 3 years).
1. increase of storage to 2gb.
2. price drop to somewhere close to $50.
3. integration of Leopard Mail features (such as Notes and stuff)
4. faster iDisk speed.
5. integration of iCal on .mac
maybe not all of them but at least some.

Thanks for the link. It does look like WebKit's doing it with the CSS property, so that's good. Interestingly, that page is a good example of how easy it is to do strange, bad things to the scrollbars if you resize it to certain shapes. Developers will have to remember to set mins and maxes for all sorts of elements now if they want to allow resizing. The phrase "can of worms" comes to mind. Oh well.

...have moved from 'arctic silver' to 'mx-2' with great results. just as stable over time, seems to 'cure' faster, and i've found a several degree drop on lots of different builds....best of luck.

After looking around, guess the 1TB 12.5mm hard drives won't fit either in the 2010 Mac Minis. Guess I'll be removing the optical drive then and installing it there... :p
Anyways, I will know for sure when I rip into my unibody Mini tomorrow :D

I am thinking of buying an iPad2. I have been wanting one for a while but recently one of my children's teachers says that the iPad has a few apps that will help my 5 year old learn a few things better. So I am starting the search. Then today I spoke with my car audio guy and will be adding a processor to the system but the processor needs a windows laptop. He also said that a hack will enable to use the iPad to control the EQ and processor when I need to do adjustments.
So, what are the pro's and con's of jail breaking and how is it done?

indeed this is good for apple...
I still want a CAM program for the mac. Currently there is none available on the mac platform. If apple computers are getting corporate attention then a CAM might be closer then I think among other things that could use better support.

I don't know about you guys but I have Windows/OS X and for the windows part I am falling in love with Opera it is the fastest browser for windows, in is small with tight coding and it doesn't use all your RAM. I hope this comes to mac if it does well that would be the ****

Hey guys,
I've been searching around a few forums including this one but can't seem to find the exact information i require.
I currently have a 16bg 3gs with iOS 3.1.3 and the baseband version 05.12.01 that I jailbroke using Spirit.
I was wondering whether was any way I could update the OS to 4.1x or higher without losing the jailbrake? If so, how can I go about it? I unfortunately purchased a copy of Infinity Blade before realizing that it required 3.2.

Hey all. I was screwing with iTunes4 tonight and I managed to delete all my playlists. They're still on my iPod (as is the whole iTunes library). Is there a program out there that will allow me to download my playlists from the iPod to iTunes? It will save me several hours of work if I can do that.

OMG unbelievable !! I read on an artist site, that their iPhone and video cam was stolen right before their category was announced. Lalah Hathaway who was up for a Grammy in the Best R&B Female iphone was stolen while back stage. smh

Question. How did you get your weather widget background to be transparent, but not the text (the symbols and temps)? When I adjust the transparency in Amnesty, the whole widget (not just the blue background) goes more transparent....
I am using a widget called 'Invisible Weather', and for the life of me i can't find where I got it from. A google search should be turning something up, but I'm not seeing it, hope that helps.
